The Act enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Vehicles and packages (sect. 2); Requirements for drivers and other persons dealing with the transport of dangerous goods (sect. 3); Pressurized transport equipment (sect. 3a); Supervision and control (sect. 4); Criminal provisions (sect. 5); Changes in valid provisions, transitional and final provisions (sect. 6). The Act establishes provisions of road transport of dangerous goods, requirements for drivers and other persons dealing with that transport, provisions of evaluation of conformity of pressurized transport equipment, and organs competent to supervision and control.
