Act on Recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles (Act No. 87 of 2002).

The purpose of this Act is to ensure that waste from end-of-life vehicles is properly disposed of and that resources are used effectively through reduction of the amount of waste from such vehicles, and recycling and sufficiently using the recycled parts of such end-of-life vehicles.
