Abstract This Law takes measures to promote the use of agriculture, forestry and fishery organic resources as raw materials for biofuels, thereby exploiting new demand for agriculture, forestry and fisheries organic resources, ensuring their effective use, and promoting the production of biofuels. It aims to contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture, forestry and fisheries and to the diversification of energy supply sources.
