The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall establish and implement a master plan for the development of the industry of traditional liquor, etc. Furthermore, the afore-mentioned Minister may establish and implement a supply and demand plan for stable supply of locally produced agricultural products used as raw materials for traditional liquor and promotion of consumption of traditional liquor. Moreover, the Act, consisting of 38 articles, addresses, inter alia, the following aspects: Research and Development of Production Technology (art. 7); Recommendation for Production Licenses, (art. 8); Education and Training (art. 11); Training of Professional Human Resources) (art. 12); Subsidization for Distribution Centers (art. 14); Labeling of Origin (art. 19); Registration of Geographical Indication (art. 20); Certification of Processed Organic Food (art. 21); Fees (art. 27); Penalty Provisions (art. 37).
