Abstract This Act sets out a framework for the harmonization of national measures on end-user information, particularly by means of labelling, on the consumption of energy, with a view to allowing end-users to choose more efficient products. This Act regulates provisions concerning: (a) energy-related products that have direct impact or indirect impact on energy consumption or other significant source during their use; (b) information on energy-related products to end users through labeling, standard information, information on the consumption of energy and other essential resources during use.
