Abstract

The present Act, which is composed of 30 articles, establishes the principles and requirements governing the protection, breeding and fishing in surface inland waters, in waters from water devices and in facilities intended for fish breeding. Breeding includes activities carried out for purposes of conservation and increasing fish production, as well as selection to preserve and improve fish quality.
