This Act enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree is divided into 9 articles. Hunting is not allowed without license (art. 1). Hunting is allowed only in the authorized zones using the authorized methods (art. 3). Hunting of animals and birds threatened with extinction is prohibited (art. 3). Violation, administrative measures and penalties (arts. 5 to 7). The Minister of the Interior issues the Implementing Regulation concerning the conditions and requirements for hunting, protected zones, hunting methods, seasons and the list of protected birds and animals (art. 8).
