Abstract Article 2 gives the applicable areas to these Measures. Article three and four provide for the conditions that an area may carry out well drilling for taking the groundwater. A license shall be obtained and the amount of water taken shall be restricted according to the license. The responsible organization of respective area shall make sure the proper standards are observed in the drilling of wells and carry out investigation and research.
