Abstract The Act promotes green transition and business innovation establishing an independent agency within the national government to fund for these activities. The fund is managed by a board consisting of a chairman and seven members appointed by the Economic and Business Ministry. The Board must be professionally competent in innovation, market maturation and commercialization, regional development in the environmental and welfare sectors.
