Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to gas supply in Liechtenstein. Article 1 establishes that the company "Liechtenstein Gas Supply" is an independent institution under public law with its own legal personality. The tasks of «Liechtenstein Gas Supply» is to supply gas to the resident end consumer; and to ensure the sufficient gas supply. All activities connected to these tasks shall be performed by the afore-mentioned institution. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Endowment capital and property (II); Organization (III) ; Participation of the Parliament and the government (IV); Provisions on management (V); Final provisions (VI).
