Abstract Pursuant to the relevent European Community legislation, this Act sets forth provisions concerning: hygiene and official control of fodders and additives used for nutrition; authorization, labelling and control of genetically modified organisms used for producing fodders and genetically modified fodders; transboundary transfer of genetically modified organisms to be used as fodders; production, use, marketing and quality control of medical fodders; hygiene requirements for fodders.
