Abstract This Act, which is composed of 15 paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (a) amounts of excessive reserves of agricultural products, sugar, glucose, fructose, and sugar or its equivalent contained in processed agricultural products; (b) fees for excessive amount in agricultural and sugar products. The Act does not apply to agricultural products indicated by the European Commission.
