Abstract The Act sets regulations on environmental taxes to be paid for petroleum, coal and gas products used to produce energy, such as heat, electricity and motor fuel. Businesses that as part of their business extract, manufacture or import taxable goods must register an administrative tax. This Act shall come into force on 1 January 2011 and applies to goods whereby service tax requirement in adherence to article 2 enters into force on 1 January 2011 or later.
