Abstract

This Act sets rules the exemption of taxation on electricity manufactured in a plant whose capacity is less than 150 kW; produced and consumed on trains, ships, aircraft or other vehicles, produced by wind power, hydropower, biogas or other renewable energy; produced on emergency power in case normal power supply fails; and produced in solar plants with an installed capacity of more than 6 per kW per household.
