Abstract This Act sets regulations on keeping, manufacturing, application, storing, trade, transport and disposal of animal pathogens which may be used in biological attacks against animals. It includes laboratory testing of pathogens and legal penalties thereof. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may issue sanctions necessary for compliance with the EU regulations Act.
