The Act enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act lays down provisions concerning the compensation of harms caused by certain specially protected animals, namely those pertaining to the following species: European beaver, otter, big cormorant, European elk, brown bear, Northern lynx and wolf. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Introductory provisions; (2) Conditions of the request for compensation of harms and scope of compensation; (3) Common and final provisions.
