The Act entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The present Act, which is composed of ten Paragraphs, establishes the system of collection and use of account data from farms. The aims of the system are the following: verification of annual incomes of farms; providing economical analysis of farms and evaluation of the situation of agriculture and agricultural markets. The scope of the collected data includes: general information about the farm, in particular the identity number of the farm; area of arable lands; resources and expenditures of own and hired work; quantity and value of animals in the beginning and in the end of the account year; turnover of animals; costs of agricultural production; components of agricultural possessions; debt; tax; subsidies; turnover of products of plant and animal origin; quantity of granted limits of agricultural production.
