This Act enters into force on 1 July 2013.

Abstract

This Act contains provisions on compliance with the requirements imposed on biofuels and liquid biofuels. It also applies to biofuels and liquid biofuels the use and production of which, within the scope of an investment project, are granted state subsidies on the basis that fair sustainability criteria are met, regardless of whether the raw material is produced in the EU or outside the EU.
