Entry into force on a date to be established by Royal Decree for each of the territories involved.
Abstract

This Act, which applies to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, i.e. the Netherlands, Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles, established a contiguous zone for the Kingdom extending 24 nautical miles measured from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured. The outer limits of the contiguous zone shall be established by a Government Decree.
