Abstract

In this Act (which concerns the transfer of assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of Enemalta) it is worth noticing Part XVII laying down amendments to Fisheries Conservation and Management Act. In particular, it replaces the definition of petroleum under article 29(4). According to the new provision, petroleum means all natural hydrocarbons whether in liquid or gaseous form, including crude oil, liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas, and whether in a crude or natural state or in a processed or refined form.
