Abstract The purpose of this Act is to ensure a smooth and secure energy supply of Hungary and to improve the efficiency of collection of taxes levied on the distribution of oil products. Thus, this Act provides rules regarding the assessment of the size of safety oil stocks, the creation of special oil stocks, the stocking and utilization of safety oil stocks.
