The Act concerns: zoning of inland waterways; requirements to access the market; restrictions on the use of ships and vessels; inspection of ships and vessels; ship measurement; vessel number and data provision; measures for collection and further disposal of oily and greasy ship waste, according to the 1996 Convention regarding the collection, delivery and intake of waste in Rhine and inland navigation; waste management fee; enforcement measures; administrative fines.
