The obligation to pay the fee is the responsibility of the licensee of the aquaculture farm. The Act contains specific rules on the amount of the fee; the fee base; the obligation to declare and collect information; the collection of the fee; the government of the aquaculture fund; etc. The Directorate of Fisheries shall be responsible for charging the fee in accordance with this Act.
