It applies to a. access to jobs, independent business activities or professions, including recruitment and career advancement; b. access to study and career counseling, vocational education and training; c. decisions in relation to salaries, other working conditions and dismissals and; d. participation in workers' or employers' organizations, including the benefits they provide to members. The Act contains 19 articles organized in the following chapters: I. Scope, objectives and definitions; II. Administration; III. Prohibition of discrimination; IV. Penalties; V. Other provisions.
