Abstract This Act concerns the prohibition of fishing certain fish species during the season of reproduction. It consists of 11 articles; laying down the conditions of such prohibition (size, season, fishing gear, etc.). This provision does not apply for artisanal and sport fishing with fishing line. Controls and sanctions are prescribed in the text under the competence of entitled authorities.
