Abstract This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on integrated prevention. In particular the present Act establishes: obligations of operators concerning baseline report which is required if hazardous substances that can cause contamination of soil and groundwater are used, produced or emitted from the equipment (supplemented art. 4a); details on integrated system of integrated prevention which is a national information system of public administration which is managed by the Ministry (supplemented art. 5a); requirements for cessation of operation (supplemented art. 15a).
