The Act applies to all activities carried out by authorities within the public administration. The Act contains 44 sections divided into the following Chapters: 1. Purpose and scope of the Act; 2. Access to documents, etc.; 3. Record keeping, mailing list and active information; 4. Exceptions to the right of access to documents; 5.
