Abstract This Act regulates rubber exploitation. It consists of 62 articles establishing authorized activitites related to rubber exploitation policy (production, storage, trade and treatment of vegetal and chemical rubber). It lists tree species to be exploited, requirements for obtaining financial incentives and credits. This Act also establishes composition, competencies and duties of forest services in order to manage the aforementioned sector, as well as controls to be carried ou by competent authority and sanctions to be paid by offenders.
