No one can produce a larger amount of swine or poultry than what the King had decided without a license from the Ministry. Licenses are linked to a natural or legal person and a specific farm and use number. If requested, producers are obliged to provide the information and documents necessary to be able to control compliance with the law. Access to facilities for inspection purposes may be required.
