This Act enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Act establishes the maritime boundaries between the Republic of Guinea-Bissau and the Republic of Guinea. It specifies geographical coordinates of maritime zones, territorial sea (12 nautical miles), and EEZ between the aforementioned countries and prohibits non-authorized foreign fishing activity within the EEZ.
