Abstract This Act provides for compensation of damage caused by floods, and incentivation of planting of robust trees on private protection forest areas that are hit by flooding. The forest planted shall contain a substantial number of trees of domestic species. Section 3 specifies who is eligible for financial support. Section 4 provides for compensation of damages caused by flooding. Damage shall be covered by a compulsory insurance with an own risk of ten percent.
