Abstract The government may provide rehabilitation assistance to commercial fishermen, commercial hunters and providers of commercial farming for business-related losses caused by property damage, loss of business related equipment or illness or other physical incapacity. It may also, in special circumstances, provide rehabilitation support to persons after losses caused by climatic difficulties, general commercial barriers or the like.
