Abstract

The Act partly amends the Fishery Act of 1996 in article 5 (on the determination of catch quantities and TACs) by adding a new paragraph (3) which establishes that the quota for shrimp in West Greenland is determined at 43% for the coastal fleet component and 57% for the ocean-going fleet component."
