Abstract The Act, which is composed of 20 articles, establishes rules governing the production, placing on the market and use of feedingstuffs. In particular, it lays down conditions for the registration of individuals and legal persons involved in the production, processing and marketing of feed. Further provisions deal with the competences of public authorities in this field and penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
