Abstract

The appellation of origin, the delimitation of the geographical area and the production rules are to be approved by Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Resources. The Act establishes the aspects to be taken into account in the production rules. Moreover, it sets out the procedure to be followed for the approval of the production rules. Article 14 concerns the establishment of a National Committee for the purpose of giving advices and technical assistance in matters pertaining to the appellation of origin of oils.
