Abstract

This Act lays down provisions for simplifying certain procedures applicable to agricultural enterprises. Some amendments are laid down to Act No. 9 of 2013 laying down quality and transparency rules for virgin olive oils, as regards controls on related businesses. Furthermore, the Act delegates to the Government the adoption of legislative decrees with the aim of rearranging the legislative framework on agriculture and sylviculture. The legislative decrees shall be adopted by the Government pursuant to the principles hereby established, which include the simplification of administrative procedures in order to promote agricultural entrepreneurship. Article 39 concerns penalties related to illegal fishing and aquaculture.
