The Act defines the following intergovernmental structure: President’s Coordinating Council, the National intergovernmental Forums, the Provincial intergovernmental Forums, the Municipal intergovernmental Forums. Further provisions of the Act include: conduct of intergovernmental relations, implementation protocols, settlement of intergovernmental disputes, ministerial power to issue Regulations on the implementation of this Act.
