The Regulation enters into force 3 months after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Act is composed of six Chapters. The regulation on fish market establishes principles applicable to: placing on the market of fish products; functioning of fish producers' organizations; functioning of interbranch organizations; granting of subsidies to the organizations above-mentioned. The Annex contains the list of fish products that may be placed into the market. Only registered entrepreneurs are allowed to purchase fish products.
