Abstract

The Act contains rules relative to the indication of nutritional values and other prescribed indications on the packaging of goods and the placing of goods on the market. “Goods” is defined in article 1 so as to include food, beverages within the meaning of Directive 107/202. The Minister of Public Health, Welfare and Sport is granted ample regulation-making powers.
