Abstract This Law regulates the conditions and procedure for obtaining the right of farmers to obtain maintenance or alimony if they transfer their land to a social legal entity. The surrender of ownership rights in favor of a social legal entity or the declaration of the owner of agricultural land that after his death this land will pass into social ownership is considered to be the transfer of land according to the article 1 of this text, if this land is leased to a corporate legal entity upon conclusion of the contract. A farmer who intends to rent out land according to the previous paragraph must notify the agricultural land association. A farmer who leases his land to a legal entity under this Act, has the right to a monthly monetary payment (alimony). Chapter II sets detailed conditions for obtaining such alimony.
