Shall be established by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
Abstract

The Act sets regulations on the keeping of foxes for technical and research purposes (not authorized by Animal Protection), in zoos and public animal parks, and for private domestic keeping. Exception to the ban applies to business related to keeping of foxes and established prior to 26 November 2006, which are authorized to continue their business until 31 December 2016. Same exception applies to same business entitites with keeping of foxes as their main activity, which are authorized to continue their activities until 31 december 2023 (following authorization from Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries).
