Abstract This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Veterinary Act. In particular the replaced art. 5 provides obligations of livestock keeper who must ensure, to the extent appropriate to the type of animals, the manner in which they are kept and their accommodation, cleaning, disinsectisation and disinfection of stables, other premises and equipment in which animals are kept, as well as cleaning and disinfection of technological equipment, transport equipment, work equipment and other things which come into direct contact with animals. Art. 21 specifies conditions for domestic slaughterhouse of animals. Art. 27a describes requirements for the sale of small quantities of own products from primary production of food. Art. 38b specifies conditions of the export of animals and also animal and plant products to third countries.
