Abstract This Act establishes the following provisions specified in the Wastes Act: conditions of placing battery or accumulator on the market (art. 31a and 31b of the amended Act); labeling of battery or accumulator (art. 31c); reporting on obligations regarding takeback and separate collection (art. 31d); index of producers of batteries and accumulators (art. 31e); annual report (art. 31f); requirements for the return of used portable battery or accumulator (art. 31g); requirements for the return of used automotive batteries or accumulators of car (art. 31h); requirements for the separate collection of waste industrial battery or accumulator (art. 31i); processing and material utilization of waste batteries or accumulators (art. 31j) and some other provisions relating to waste batteries and accumulators; Fees to support the collection, processing, use and disposal of selected vehicle wreck (art. 37e).
