The Act enters into force on the 15th day after the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Act establishes the following provisions specified in the Wastes Act: conditions of placing battery or accumulator on the market (art. 31a and 31b of the amended Act); labeling of battery or accumulator (art. 31c); reporting on obligations regarding takeback and separate collection (art. 31d); index of producers of batteries and accumulators (art. 31e); annual report (art. 31f); requirements for the return of used portable battery or accumulator (art. 31g); requirements for the return of used automotive batteries or accumulators of car (art. 31h); requirements for the separate collection of waste industrial battery or accumulator (art. 31i); processing and material utilization of waste batteries or accumulators (art. 31j) and some other provisions relating to waste batteries and accumulators; Fees to support the collection, processing, use and disposal of selected vehicle wreck (art. 37e).
