In particular, the Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Waste Disposal Act of 19 July 2007. Inter alia, the following articles are added : Penalties in case of disposal of hazardous waste (18a); Penalties in case of disposal non-harzardous waste (18b); Reference to Directives and Regulations of the European Union (18d); also an Annex concerning European directives is added.
