H.M. the King shall decide on the entry into force of this Act.

Abstract

The Act makes amendments on the allocation of quotas for wild living marine resources, on the creation of a fjord fishing committee for Finnmark, Troms and Nordland, and on the right to fish for cod, haddock and saithe with conventional equipment by residents of Finnmark, municipalities Kåfjord, Skjervøy, Nordreisa, Kvænangen, Karlsøy, Lyngen and Storfjord and those areas with coastal Sami touching the rest of Troms and Nordland King.
