Abstract

An Act to amend the Meat Inspection Act of 28 September 1981 (BGBl. I p. 1045). The title of the Act is to be changed to "Meat Hygiene Act". Furthermore, article 3a on "Hygiene requirements" is added; article 4 on "Personnel", and article 10 on "Second quality meat" are amended. Article 13a "Meat from other member countries" is also added. The Act consists of 5 articles.
