Abstract

An Act to amend the Foodstuffs Act of 15 August 1974 (BGBl. I p. 1945, 1946, 1975, I p. 2652)and the Meat Hygiene Act of 24 February 1987 (BGBl. I p. 649). The amendments concern article 51 relating to penalties in case of violation of the above-mentioned Act on foodstuffs. Instead of 2 year imprisonment a period of 3 year is prescribed. Article 28a on "Penalties" is added to the Meat Hygiene Act. The Act consists of 3 articles.
