Abstract

The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Federal Act on tasks of the Regulatory Electricity Agency and the establishment of an Electricity Control Agency and the Electricity Control Commission BGBl. I No. 121/2000 ). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 2 on sphere of application and article 6 on definition of terms.
