Abstract The Act partly amends regulations on environmental taxes to be paid for motor fuel and applies to the exemption of fuel supply for ships and aircrafts. Tax exemption for articles used on board include ships engaged in international journesy (incl. cruise ships), oil- and gas-exploration vessels with a registered gross tonnage of 1500 or more, aircarfts operating internationally, fishing vessels not registered in Greenland and vessels of a registered gross tonnage of 200 or more registered in Greenland.
