Entry into force notes

The Act enters into force on 7 January 2013. Articles 1 (No. 4, 8-10, 12-14) and 6 enter into force on 1 July 2012. Article 1 (No. 3) enters into force the day after notification in the Official Gazette. Articles 38k-38o (as amended by art. 4, No. 5 of this Act) shall enter into force on 7 January 2014. Articles 2-6 and 10 of Order No. 218 and No. 268 shall continue to be valid.

Abstract

This Act amends certain points related to environmental pollution control and conservation of habitat and wild flora and fauna, in particular with regard to the implementation of directives on industrial emissions, digital authorization, approval and supervision system, separation and sectioning of freshwater fish farming, and regulation of the use of non-organic fertilizers.
